JK Gov.,CM & others grieved over loss of lives in Anantnag

Jammu/Srinagar, April 4(Scoop News) – JK Governor N. N. Vohra ,Chief Minister Omar Abdulla, Ministers and others grieved over the loss of precious lives of school children in a tragic road accident in Anantnag district today.

N. N. Vohra, Governor, has expressed grief over the loss of precious lives of school children in a tragic road accident in Anantnag district today.
          In his message, the Governor has conveyed his sympathy to the bereaved families and prayed for speedy recovery of all those injured in this accident.
          In view of the frequent recurrence of fatal road accidents, the Governor has yet again called upon the Transport, Traffic and Police Departments to take the most urgent measures to reduce the incidence of such accidents.   

Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has expressed grief over the tragic road accident in Anantnag district in which school children loss their lives and many were injured.
            In his condolence message to the bereaved families, the Chief Minister conveyed his sympathies and prayed for peace to the departed souls. He also prayed for early recovery of injured.
            The Chief Minister also sanctioned the relief of Rs. one lakh each to the accident victim school children families and Rs. 10,000/- to injured.
            
Finance Minister, Abdul Rahim Rather and Minister of State for Home, Sajad Ahmad Kichloo have expressed profound grief and sorrow over the tragic road accident near Kandiwara Sogam in Kokernag of South Kashmir in which many school children died.
 The bus carrying the students of Model High School, Dyalgam is reported to have fallen down about 300 feet deep gorge causing instant death of seven children along with the driver besides injuring others.
            In their Condolence message, the Ministers conveyed heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved families and prayed for eternal peace to the departed souls.

Minister for Tourism, Ghulam Ahmad Mir and Minister of State for Health, Shabir Ahmad Khan has expressed grief over the loss of precious lives of school children in a tragic road accident in Anantnag district today.
          In their condolence messages, the Ministers has conveyed sympathy to the bereaved families and prayed for speedy recovery of all those injured in this accident.
         Meanwhile, minister for Health directed concerned health authorities for providing all possible treatment facilities to the injured persons for their early recovery.

Peoples Democratic party (PDP) President Ms Mehbooba Mufti has expressed profound grief and anguish over the tragic road accident at Kandiwara Kokernag in which about six school children including the bus driver have reportedly died and many injured when a school bus carrying them skid off the road and fell in a 100 feet gorge at Kandiwara today after noon..
Expressing deep sorrow over the tragic loss of precious lives Mehbooba Mufti conveyed her heartfelt sympathies and shared grief with the bereaved families on this hour of grave tragedy and prayed for the speedy recovery of those injured in this tragic accident.
She also prayed to the Almighty to give them courage to bear this huge loss and grant peace to the departed souls.  She urged the govt to provide free of cost medical treatment to the injured students besides providing ex-gratia to the families of deceased students. She demanded that there should a proper mechanism for a smooth running of the traffic to prevent such tragic incidents in future.
 
Senior Congress Leader and MLA Inderwal G M Saroori has expressed profound grief and anguish over the tragic road accident at Kandiwara Kokernag in which about six school children including the bus driver have reportedly died and many injured when a school bus carrying them skid off the road and fell in a 100feet gorge at Kandiwara.

He also extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of deceased and prayed for external peace to the departed soul. He prayed to Almighty Allah to give strength to the family members of the deceased to bear irreparable loss. He also wished for early recovery to the injured. He appeals to Chief Minister Jammu and Kashmir Omar Abdullah for early release of ex-gratia relief in favour of the family members of those who have lost their lives.
Saroori demanded that there should a proper mechanism for a smooth running of the traffic to prevent such tragic incidents in future.
 
The State Secretary CPI (M) and MLA Kulgam, M.Y.Taragami, has expressed deep shock and grief over the tragic road accident at KandiwaraDyalgam in Kokernag in which many school children along with the driver of the bus were killed on the spot while several others injured.
The ill-fated bus is reported to be carrying the students back to their homes after closure of the school, when it plunged into 300 feet gorge.
             Tarigami while conveying sympathies with the bereaved families expressed solidarity with the parents in their hour of grief and sorrow. He also prayed for peace to the departed souls.
