In his Eid message issued here today, Omar Abdullah said that the holy occasion of Eid-ul-Azha reminds us of making sincerity and truthfulness way of our life.“This holy day also teaches us to uphold the high principals of selfless service to Almighty Allah and the humanity”, he added.
“Allah Almighty actually counts the sincerity and purity of our spirit behind performing our service to Him and this alone earns us His munificence and forgiveness”, he said.
Omar said that sharing of joy with poor and needy is the essence of Eid. He called for extending help to the people on this occasion and making them part of the Eid celebrations.
