Jammu,March 9 (Scoop News) – The Governor, N. N. Vohra, today said that the teachings of sufis, saints and other spiritual personalities have influenced mankind since times immemorial and called for reviving their teachings for establishing a more harmonious society.
The Governor was addressing after releasing, “Sri Ramakrishna ke Iqwal-e-Zarrin”, at a function held at Ramakrishna Mission, Udhowala, here this evening. This book is the Urdu translation of “Gospel of Sri Ramakrishna” originally written in Bengali by Shri Mohinder Nath Gupta, based on daily discourses of Sri Ramakrishna with his devotees.
