Saroori asked the engineers to utilize all resources to ensure completion of the projects in a time bound manner. He said delay in one work hampers the progress of other works also.
Stressing for maintaining quality of works at all levels, Saroori cautioned that no compromise on quality of work would be tolerated in this regard. He asked the Chief Engineers, Superintending Engineers and Executive Engineers to personally visit the work sites and ensure effective monitoring of ongoing projects, on regular basis.
Saroori directed the engineers to complete the tendering process in all the sanctioned road projects and bridges so that work of the projects could be taken in hand at the earliest.

Saroori asked the officers of Forest Department to speed up the process of issuing forest clearance and No Objection Certificates (NOCs) to the road projects submitted to them and to ensure their timely execution. He said that work on Mulwara-Nowpuchi road could have been started much earlier but is pending because of non issuance of NOC from the Forest Department. He asked them to issue forest clearance certificates of Jindrah-Jallah, Chowadhi Rewali, Gharmajoor- Sandal, Jabta-Chalani road projects at the earliest, as there is no involvement of forest land in these projects.
