Islamabad, Pakistan- The Pakistani and Sri Lanka Foreign Ministers held a press briefing here at Islamabad today.
Pakistani foreign minister, Shah Memhmood Qureshi said that Pakistani intelligence agencies have gathered enough evidence regarding the yesterday’s attack on the Sri Lankan cricket team in Lahore.
He said that Pakistan is determined against terrorism and the culprits of the Lahore attack will be brought to justice at any cost.
The Sri Lankan Foreign Minister, Rohitta Bogolagamma said that on the behalf of Sri Lankan people and his government his sympathies are with the families of those Pakistani security men who sacrificed their lives to save the Sri Lankan cricket players.
He said that Sri Lanka will make the tour to Pakistan again in the near future and it will not leave the Pakistan alone in the hour of ordeal.
The both FMs paid homage to the brave Pakistani policemen who sacrificed their precious lives in yesterday’s attack in Lahore and said that Pakistan will not forget its heroes.
