<p>The Minister of Information in Malawi Patricia Kaliati has asked journalists not to cause civil strife in their writings by inciting political parties to fight.</p>
<p>This is the wake of what the President of Malawi Dr. Bingu Wa Mutharika said that he can run the country even without Parliament.</p>
<p>Speaking when she donated computers at Malawi Institute of Journalism Mrs Kaliati said journalists should always write somtheing that can unite the people.</p>
<p>She condemned what she called unprofessional reporting by some newspapers which incite some political parties to cause civil strife in the country.</p>
<p>In Malawi, the opposition have vowed not to discuss the budget unless some seats of Members of Parliament who have joined the government are declared vacant.</p>
