CHITRAL: Every Judge is answerable before Allah Almighty. said District and Session Judge Chitral and Former Law Secretary Ameer Gulab Khan to lawyers and judiciary staff (Judges) of Chitral during a one day seminar on “Role of Judiciary in the enforcement of Human Right” in a local hotel. The seminar was organized by Easy & Equitable Access to Justice Program Women of Chitral funded by TROCAIRE Ireland. Session Judge who was also chief guest on the occasion said that this is the real obligatory and worship to serve and help needy and oppressed people. He said the judiciary and courts should to frame mechanism for taking suo mote action in case of any human rights violation. He said our courts, trailing and courts system is very lengthy and oppressed people hesitate to approach the courts for justice. He said Judges should to minimize problems of the people by making easy and equitable of justice to each citizen and each aggrieved person. He stressed upon Judges to must decide on merit basis with full justice without influencing by an authority.
He said Allah Almighty never forbidden right of other human which was violated by any one. And that is why death sentence is given to murderer if proved against him. He said Islam always teach us maintaining peace and never allow any one to harass, worry or violate rights of other people either they are Muslim or Non Muslim. Our society is not a welfare society and that is why the Superior courts Judges were harassed when they raise a voice for human rights regarding recovery and producing of missing people before the court.
He said every Judge, every officer and any one working on responsible and key post is accountable before Allah Almighty and they should to follow and decide on Justice. Quoting example of Caliph Hazrat Umar Bini Farooq for involving his wife for a poor lady who was feeling pain during delivery a baby and proved that every ruler is real servant of the nation. He hailed services of Legal Aid Forum for Human Rights and termed it real worship but he emphasized on focusing deserving people instead of personal benefits. He urged on framing mechanism for subordinate courts to take suo moto action in case of any human rights violation.
Earlier that Niaz A Nizai Advocate president LAFH introduced aim and objectives of his organization that serving for needy and helpless people free of cost. A large number of Lawyers participated in the workshop. Besides Session Judge Senior Vivil Judge Ajmal Khan Wazir, Senior Civil Judge Irshad Ahmad Khan President District Bar Association Khurshid Mughal and other were also present on the occasion.
2 more dead bodies recovered from Lawari top.
As well as two more dead bodies were recovered under the avalanches from Lawari Pass by Ashirat Police and local volunteers Sub Inspector Mustafa Kamal In-charge of Police Post Ashriat disclosed. Death toll reached 5 and it is fearing that some people are still missing who were traveling by feet over the snow bound Lawari pass. Those who whose dead bodies were recovered were identified Mubarak Hussain son of Shah Talib resident of Booni and Ameer Ali son of Hakeem resident of Aworik Lutkoh. Their dead bodies were handed over to their relative and were rushed to their ancestral villages for burial.
Student distinction.
Adil Jan son of Sameen Jan (late) resident of Jalhar student of 4th Class at Al-Furqan Academy Kotak stood first in his class and topped his school. He secured 726 Marks out of 750 marks.
