Kakamega county governor runs orange in joy after court ruling

The petition challenging the Kakamega county governor wcliffy Oparanya today was ruled in his favour after Kakamega high court judge declared the election was carried out in a fair and free mariner.
The judge said, the petition had no evidence which proof with video CD she provided to the court. The judge ruled out that the video clip can be manipulated and also added that the evidence by the petitioner seem to have be planned in advance.
The judge also rubbished the bribery of voters siding the petition had no sufficient evidence to prove the claims.
The extended diploma which the petitioner had presented to the IEBC and which was declaimed to e equal to the degree was of no help to the petition.
In his speech after the ruling, Oparanya thanked   Kakamega residents for supporting and voting massively for him.
He called on Kakamega Senator Bony Khalwele to stop politics and work with him for the purpose elected for and the interests of Kakamega county residents.
