STORY has lived up to its image as the pioneer bookstore in organizing events and this was seen in the event held on 14th January 2015 where the nascent author Kala Devi’s book “Living, Longing and Loving “was launched and the famous Bollywood actor cum director Imtiaz Ali attended the event to give his views on the event. Needless to say, the event culminated with fun and excitement which has been the trade mark of STORY.

The event began with author Kala Devi telling the excited and enthusiastic crowd ,”I love storytelling and my passion has transformed into my first book Living, Loving and Longing.”She then read passages and quotes from the book for the audience. This interaction made them value the quality time they got from the author. This was followed by Imtiaz Ali taking centre stage and he was the Chief Guest in the event at STORY.

I love storytelling and my latest film also contains this theme.STORY is doing a wonderful job by giving a platform to budding writers and this needs to be made well known.
