Srinagar,Octobor 6 (Vijay Kumar) -J&K Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah while interacting with world reputed Ashai Group said,“Time has come for all Kashmiri entrepreneurs and reputed Kashmiri companies who have excelled in different parts of the world to avail the opportunity of public –private partnership and invest liberally to rebuilt tourist and other related infra structure in Kashmir.”

The Chief Minister was of the opinion that the group can play a wider role in attracting world reputed tourist infra structure, housing five star hotels in the state. He said that since Ashai group comprises of all such executives who are originally Kashmiris therefore their personal involvement in playing a key role in building up tourist oriented infrastructure is highly required so that the state particularly Kashmir Valley is able to provide high quality facilities to visiting tourists.
The group informed the Chief Minister that Hillton-Marrioton is already in touch with Ashia group for establishment of their branches in the state as well. They said that they are willing to play active role through their worldwide network in association with other state origin business group to dispel the impression that Kashmiri is still inconvenient for visiting tourists.
