KICK FOOT BALL TO STAY FIT

According to US & British researchers , Just 15 minutes a day of Kicking around a ball or swimming might be enough to
prevent childhood Obesity.

                     A study of 5,500 children who agreed to wear a motion sensor device has showed that those who exercised more were less likely to be obese. According to the study  higher intensity physical activity is more important than total activity in preventing
obesity in children.
