Sampling delectable bites and dishes with new monthly specials helmed by Chef Christopher Teng, this is a food adventure for many of the diners at Restaurant Hoshigaoka, including the regular office crowd and family diners.
Kurobuta creations which is Premium Black Pork imported from the USA, is the thematic highlight this September to end November 2016.
In this all day dining restaurant, indulge in Chef’s Special of Kurobuta Shoga Yaki which is Pan-fried US Black Pork with Ginger Soy dressing at $18.50++. Combo Set at $25.80++ of Hamachi Carpaccio and Kurobuta Shoga Yaki which is thin slices of amberjack served with homemade salsa dressing, paired with appetizer of the day, steamed Japanese rice, miso soup and fruits.
Kurobuta Harami Ochazuke at $15.80++ includes deep fried thin slices of soy white miso-braised US black pork belly, served on a bed of steamed Japanese rice, with a lava egg and green tea fish stock. If this is in a Set, this will be at $18.80++ and comes with chawanmushi, mini salad bowl, and dessert of the day.
Kurobuta Harami Sushi is at $8.80++ which is 3 pieces of torched slices of white miso soy braised US black pork belly sushi topped with spicy grated radish, garlic, and spring onion, drizzled with citrus soy sauces.
Kurobuta Menshi Set at $12.80++ (3 pieces) that is deep fried bread crumbed minced US black pork and pacific mackerel with Japanese pepper and leek, served with homemade red wine tonkatsu sauces. If this is ordered as a Set, this comes with steamed Japanese rice, mini salad, and miso soup at $15.80++.
