Jammu,March 28 (Scoop News) – MLA, Mir Saifullah today while speaking in Legislative Assembly has made sensational revelations with regard to conduct of PDP government and involvement of their ministers in corrupt practices, backdoor appointments, massacres, heinous human rights violation.
Mir Saifullah revealed in the Lagislative Assembly that in horticulture, marketing and planning department, backdoor appointments made in thousands particularly from one constituency. While countering the allegations of PDP against Deputy Chief Minister, he said instead of raising fingers against him, the facts speak that it was during their period that backdoor appointments were made for which clear proofs are available.
He raised Kundal Commission issue in the Assembly and said that Kundal Commission appointed by the then government indicted two ministers in forest scandal but instead of punish them PDP protected them. Similarly, he also revealed that one government officer who was dismissed from service on account of notorious rural development scandal was honoured and made MLC by their regime and handed over one constituency to him.
He also made the sensational revaluations that one well known businessman turned politician was given benefit of Rs. 200 crore from exchequer through the manipulated scheme. It is clear proof of their hypocrisy and dir
ect involvement and support to the corruption.
He said that incidents of Bangargund, Wadipora, Handwara and massacres at Handwara, Kupwara, Hawl and Bijbehara were the innocent people killed are the serious factual series of human rights violations that occurred during their regime.
He alleged that PDP for their political interests is directly responsible for provocation so that they make political capital of the bloodshed.
Revealing involvement of PDP in transfer of land to Shri Amarnath Trust, Saifullah said that two ministers of PDP are directly responsible for the same. While intervening Saifullah Mir, PDP MLA Muzaffar Hussain Baig said that he had only given opinion for non-application of Supreme Court and Central Forest Act in the transfer of land to Railway which has been used as opinion for transfer of land in this case. However, the law minister, Ali Mohammad Sagar referred the press conference of the then Chief Minister, Ghulam Nabi Azad in which he has specifically stated that transfer of land was recommended by two ministers.
Saifullah Mir while continuing his speech challenged the moral authority of PDP of making such allegations in which they are themselves fully involved. He quoted the ITI scheme in which clandestinely people were appointed and no competitive chance was given to general youth and in lieu bribe was taken from each appointee. He referred the statement of the then Chief Minister, Mufti Mohammad Syed given in the House said that “if we will not appoint our workers this way where our workers will go”.
