CHITRAL: The only land route connecting Chitral to other sorts of the country was blocked at Lawari top due to continue rain and heavy snowfall. The Lawari top was opened on 2^nd April by National Highway Authority (NHA) which had been blocked on December 31, 2007 after snowfall.
