Lesley Panettiere allegedly was struck on her left cheek twice, by her husband Alan after attending a party and was arrested Monday morning. Alan and Lesley Panettiere are parents to "Heroes" star, Hayden Panettiere.
The West Hollywood Sheriff’s department stated that the two started the argument around 3am. When the police came to take Lesley Panettiere’s statement they noticed physical assault and Alan was arrested on felony spousal abuse.
Nothing has indicated that Hayden Panettiere was present was the spat took place. Alan Panettiere is being held on $50,000 bail.
