Whenever youth of the valley is referred at any stage, it is unfortunate that they are being identified as gun wielding boys or stone pelters. He said that no doubt one section or one class exists which express their anger in abnormal manner but let world identify majority of our youth are icon of discipline and morality. In case some section of youth has anger, everybody should find reasons for their anger rather than playing blame games. It is wish and desire of all to usher our State in arena of progress, self-sufficiency, prosperity and restoration of self confidence. Whenever, there are impediments anger is the natural phenomena but a proper guidance and discipline makes a person positive in presenting his case.
Chief Minister said that “I realise you people had to face more problems on account of education but now it shall be our determined efforts that not a single child or students is rendered to waste even a second during coming academic session”. We will try our best that your parents should be able to earn their livelihood without any fear whether they are associated with agriculture, tourism, trade, industry and business. However he added that for achieving this goal everyone has to play his positive role.

He said that among you, the students are the future doctors, engineers, IAS and KAS officers but for this you have to work hard. He referred Shah Fasal who belongs to a poor family and his father was killed four days before his examination but he has proved his mettle by standing first in IAS, by studying under candle light but his powerful determination made it possible that he achieved his goal.
He said our youth should be obsessed with an idea to see his State progressing rather than remaining silent spectator to destruction and devastation. The Chief Minister reiterated that it is the responsibility of State Government to maintain the situation in such a way that now onwards the working of schools and educational institutions is not affected due to unnecessary closure calls. He conveyed the children as well as their parents Idd Milad felicitations.
The Chief Commissioner of J&K Scouts and Guides on this occasion said that J&K Scouts which is the J&K Chapter of All India Boys Scouts of which Ex- Chief Justice of India, Ranganathan is the Chief Scout.
