Like “Hanging Judge”, Roy Bean. . .justice for all.

Where did I read that justice is blind and for all?  Was that supposed to be a joke?  I truly don’t get it.  Justice is something that only the rich can afford and it does not hurt if you are a celebrity, too.  The rest of us only get a poke in the ribs and told to go home and forget about it.  That is not my idea of justice.

Justice is not for all and it is operated like a fiefdom by lawyers, and judges, and politicians.  And the way is open to you if you got the money or the celebrity.  How many times have we heard about celebrities getting the royal treatment by the police or the sheriff?  And they have got the nerve to say that celebrities get the same treatment as everyone.  Baloney!  Furthermore they come up with some kangaroo investigation that shows their treatment of celebrities is fair and without reproach.  If that be true then I am the king of England.

Do you know any lawyer that earns the minimum wage?  Laughable and silly to the point of puking on my shoes.  And judges are called honorable yet they are the people that keep justice out of the realm of the masses.  Judges are the very people who oppose the regulation of lawyers and the princely fees that they charge.  And as the majority of elected officials began as lawyers then the vicious cycle is perpetuated.  Justice for all will only begin when lawyers begin to charge fair fees.  Of course that is like asking a log to recite lyrics.

How can you say that it is fair for a lawyer to charge $1,200.00 dollars to handle a bankrutpcy petition?  What is the filing fee $299?  And a paralegal will handle the paperwork for another $199?  Of course now I’ve heard that the law requires a petitioner to take classes in debt responsibility?  Of course those classes are not free.  Justice for all?  Truly there is no humility among fools and lawyers and no honor among thieves and judges.

How many times have fascist judges decided on the side of a police officer responsible for the death of an innocent bystander?  And how many times have these murdering police officers gone free at the hands of corrupt lawyers that twist and bend the law to suit a deep pocketbook?  Correct me if I am wrong, but the U.S. Supreme Court has decided that a police officer may kill any citizen while in the course of their police investigations work and not be held liable?  Is this justice served?

Those police that kill innocent bystanders in the course of their investigations are protected by a fascist judicial system that rewards unethical behavior.  The responsible (those who kill innocent bystanders) police who often move on to rewarding careers and family lives while their victims lie six feet underground and rotting with worms eating at their cold and putrefying flesh.  The victims of police gunfire that lie in expensive caskets six feet under and were robbed of a fruitful life cannot complain and they cannot enjoy the paltry sums that result by municipal settlements after the unethical lawyers have taken their lucrative cut.  Instead the victims lie six feet under while the responsible police officer enjoys a life six feet above their worm infested corpses with their grandchildren, and their wives and a very large expense account.

And do you still pretend to say that this is justice served?  I say this is justice gone astray.  In truth I have no problem living in a world of fascist judges and police forces.  My only problem is that they do not wear the swastika arm bands.  For if those corrupt and fascist judges and police forces behave in a fascist manner then they should dress appropriately.  IF IT LOOKS LIKE A DUCK, AND QUACKS LIKE A DUCK, IT’S A DUCK.
