Love Lives Among The Waves

Poetry From The Heart

Winds beckon me to shield myself
a sky of darkness draws awareness
lighting zooms across the heavens
draws me to the edge of the waves.
There’s a spiritual attachment to the sea
Mike vanished here by a freak of nature.

Our love lives among these waves
gestures me to step into the crystal
a party’s waiting in the whitecaps
reuniting two souls separated by disaster.
Sea gulls serenade flapping breakers
excites the soul expecting a return.

Love lives an eternity among the deep
it’s not forgotten by those affected
its essence remains in hopes of a revisit
sharing warmth, intimacy amid loneliness
pauses for every sharing second of time
for two spirits to gather and to unite.

Enjoy the passions of seconds ago
outbursts of hunger and desire continue
fuses for a reunion like once sealed by time
discerns a connection between flesh and reality.
Love exists for an eternity among the deep
never forgotten by the elements of demise.
