LTTE Leader Banned The Using Of Contreceptive Methods In Rebel Held Area To Increase Their Cadres

LTTE Leader Valupiilai Prabhakaren was banned using of Contreceptive Methods by the People in the Northern Sri Lanka on last few years in the view of   recruiting more Child Soldiers to His Rebel Forces Sri Lankan Minister Of Health Nimal Siripala De Silva said.

Due to this Family Planning Methods are not implemented in those areas Minister stressed.
