Bengaluru : India : The Bengaluru Urban District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum fined Lufthansa Airlines and ordered to pay the complainant, 52 years old Ronald Pinto, who is a frequent flier, a sum of Rs.10,000/= Ronald Pinto peeved with a particular airhostess’ rude behaviour in different days in different flights, which forced him to resort to legal action against the airlines. It is understood the airlines refused to divulge the name of the airhostess and take action on his complaint., which prompted him to take legal course of action
