A murder inquiry has began after a man died after what is believede to have been an argument over a parking space.
a 93-year-old man was taken to Derriford hospital with a head injury after the incident at a Plymouth business park at 1600 Gmt on friday.
Devon and cornwall Police became involved when the elderly male deteriorated and later died. The victim gave a description of his attacker before his death and officers arrested a 50-year -old local man.
Officers are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which involved an argument between threee men at Lister Mill Business Park in Lister Close, Plympton. The arrested man is being held at Charles Cross police station, while police try to determine exactly what happened. A post-mortem examination on the body of the 93-year-old will be carried out later.
