Use wheatgrass to fight haemoglobin deficiency

Proddatur (GR-TYP-BIN): Naturopathic Doctor Chenna Bojjaiah advised to make wheatgrass a part of regular diet to maintain a healthy life. He said it while addressing at a seminar on ‘Diet Habits – Health Problems’, organized by Vaagdevi Institute of Technology and Science (VITS) on March 17.

Elaborating on the health benefits of wheatgrass, Dr. Chenna Bojjaiah said that our diet habits can be positively converted into a life-saving medication. Proper diet habits that act as elixir of life will guarantee a life of hundred years to humans without diseases. Apart from being afflicted with diseases, average life span of human beings has been reduced due to improper food habits and consumption of junk food. As a result, we are unable to attain development.

He said that wheatgrass is the gift of nature. It cleanses and increases blood as it contains 70 per cent of chlorophyll. 12 types of cancer, age related ailments, diabetes, arthritis, liver problems can be cured as the wheatgrass contains 100 types of minerals and a wide variety of health promoting properties. Fresh air, clean water, balanced diet, avoiding junk food, exercises, rest and sound mind keep away people from the diseases and these are the seven secrets to maintain for holistic health.
