Walk 45 minutes a day and make your diabetes low if u r a diabetes patient.This word is told by Micheal Tranel and his team who do experiment at Britain’s University Newkesal.According to them if diabetes patient will walk 45 minutes daily then their capacity of burning sugar will increase.And because of this type 2 type of diabetes will come in control.From country like Britain there are 90% patients are of tyoe 2 type of diabetes.Micheal Tranel and his team have done experiment on 20 people till now.All people were told to walk 10,000 feets and they all were given padometer.And the result came that if they daily walk 45 minutes 20% more mass in body came in control.
