A schoolgirl was raped during March 2003 by an accused Maninder Pal Singh Kohli.
The prosecutor had accused Maninder of abducting, raping and killing the teenager before flying to India a few days later. Kohli had told the prosecutor a pack of lies to avoid conviction.
Kohli has denied the killing and told the jury that he had been abducted by a group of men, blindfolded and forced to have sex with a girl called Hannah.
Kohli had gone out looking for sex in March 2003 looking for sex and that he knew he was going back to India soon so he could rape someone and get away with it.
However, he has been caught and it is his fourth final day in the witness box.
On March 16 2003, Hannah’s body was found in a ditch beside the road and on March 18 2003, Kohli had took of for his flight.
