Markets Reopen in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, But Many Locals Too Poor To Buy

Oxfam is employing people affected by the earthquake to clean up the camps and build latrines. This cash-for-work program not only makes for a cleaner camp, it puts money into the pockets of those who need it most and boosts the micro-economy.
