CHITRAL: Kalash community having rich culture dance is most favorite hobby of Kalash people because a major component of their religious worship and practices. Similarly they arranging dance and musical concert on their yearly and quarterly festivals. As well as when a bridegroom is returning to her parent house Kalash people also arrange for beating drum and young girls performing dance on the beating of drum and ringing of pipe. A function was held at Rumboor valley when a newly married girl was returning to her parental house from Rumboor to Bumborate. Teenagers presented dance and a young woman also participated in this function by using musical instruments. While other children setting around the dance place clapping hands and expressing their pleasure and happiness on this occasion. The valley is surrounding by snow covered peaks from four sides attracting domestic and foreign tourists. The valley having fountains of milky water presenting very musical scene and rich forest on its mountains and orchards. Hence due to no civic facilities for the tourists less number of tourists approaching the valley. Munir Ahmad Kalash a former minority councilor have appeals President, Prime Minister and provincial chief minister for providing  special fund for uplift schemes in scenic valley.
