An extra –ordinary meeting of ‘Rahul Memorial Helpline Trust’ was held at Polyclinic Rahul Memorial Helpline Muthi. The meeting was attended by its members and was chaired by its sole Trustee Sh P.N Pandita. In the meeting an overall working of the trust and the Polyclinic at Muthi was taken into consideration and the members of the Trust expressed their satisfaction at the working of both the Trust and the Polyclinic. The members said that there is a lot of scope for improvement for rendering more service to the poor and needy. The members resolved to hold more and more medical camps and blood donation camps in near future in the State. In the meeting the contribution of Dr. Sanjay Bhat I/c Rahul Memorial helpline, Polyclinic was hailed and appreciated by the members of the Trust. The members expressed hope that under the leadership of Dr Shanjay Bhat Polyclinic will render more and more service to the needy and poor Dr. Sanjay Bhat assured the members for rendering his service to the Polyclinic.
The working of the trust was also discussed thread and bear and it was decided to organize Medical Camp at Khug Bearu (Budgam) in the Kashmir valley very soon in the month of Aug 2011. The members resolved to expand their activities for helping the poor and down trodden society. The members’ applead to the general masses and philanthropists to donate generously. To the trust for the noble cause so that trust can serve the humanity in a better way meeting further appealed to the General Public to come forward and donate blood for needy and poor patients. The members of the Trust decided unanimously to nominate the following as members of the Trust Sh. Bharat Kaul, Sunil Mahaldar, Sh. Durga Nath, Dr. Sanjay Bhat, J.L Pandita. The meeting was also informed about the visit of Trustees to Jagti Township in the last week. And it was a painful to see some old, ailing and sick persons who need medical attention and care on the daily basis. The meeting appreciated the move of Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner for constructing old age home at Jagti Township. The meeting appeals to the Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner to take immediate steps for the construction of an old age home at Jagti Township at the earliest. The Trust assures the inmates of Jagti camp that the members of the Trust will be always at their disposal to render volunteer service.
