Mexican League Games Continue Despite Influenza Pandemonium

There may be many Mexican League games being played behind closed doors, or in this case behind closed stadium doors, as we speak but many of the fans will be able to watch the games on television. The cause for having the majority of the league games played with no spectators is the serious case of influenza that has become a widespread epidemic throughout the country of Mexico.

Some of the most fascinating games: Pumas UNAM vs. Chivas de Guadalajara, and some with interesting results playing a major factor in whether or not some teams will descend in category: Puebla vs. Indios de Ciudad Juarez, as well as the rest of the rest of week 15 games will continue with the panic of the influenza virus.

The Mexican Secretary of Health has advised the Mexican Federation of Futbol, FEMEXFUT, to continue with the games with the exclusion of the fans. For the fans who have already purchased their tickets, their purchase will be refunded

Some of week 15’s games have already been played and many have been played with the attendance of the fans present at the stadiums. One game. last night, Pachuca vs. Cruz Azul, was one of the games where the President of the home team, Pachuca, had decided to take preventative measures and close the game to fans and allow only press and security officials to attend.

As we speak games are being played with or without fans present at the stadium but the matches have not been stopped by the influenza epidemic.

Alex Castillo: I'm a native New Yorker who has been living a happy lifestyle until this country's economy turned my life into a bum-hole. I am freelance graphic designer on the side and I can speak Spanish and English pretty fluently, and with any accent I can pick up along the way. I know my basic French and watching TV5 really helps. I hope to begin a weekly section of Music Explorer, where I will recommend music past and present, Club-Cine, a movie review and recommendation section, and Read Again, dedicated to books, with a minimal summary and critics and praises.
