But here’s a long list of extremist Islamist groups, along with five banned outfits, international groups, suspected financier NGOs operating in Bangladesh.
It’s shocking for the ordinary, unarmed and peace-loving people, no doubt, because they won’t be able to fight the armed-radical Islamists with arms. They urge the government to ban Jamaat-e-Islami, its student group Islami Chhatra Shibir, and dozens of other parties and groups including controversial platform Hefazat-e-Islam which are instigating militancy through their everyday activities.
