Miller County Attorney Gets Around Paper Ballot Denial

Local attorney Thomas H. Johnson managed to vote by paper ballot despite the county denying his request initially. He wants to help others by making sure that next year, there are provisions in place to allow all voters the right to a paper ballot if they so request.
