Srinagar, April 1, (Scoop News)_Expressing concern and worry over the continuous rainfall in Kashmir, APHC leader,Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Wednesday appealed people to seek forgiveness from Allah and organize special prayers in mosques and shrines so that people can pass through these testing times.
He exhorted people to exhibit traditional bonhomie and take self-help initiatives by extending helping hand to the people who need help and aid.
Meanwhile, Mirwaiz who was scheduled to deliver Fridayaddress at a Masjid in Budgam on April 3 (Friday) has been postponed, instead he would lead special prayers at historic Jamia Masjid on the same day beseeching Allah to extricate people from difficult times in the wake of looming threat of floods.
