Moratorium for death warrants in China.

Today is the anti-death penalty day. The reports say that yearly there are more than 7500 get capital punishments in China.
A human rights agency, Human Rights Watch urged for implementing moratorium for the principle punishments in China. The Asian president of the organization Human Rights Watch, Brad Adams suggested that in connection with the upcoming Beijing Olympics as a token of mental satisfaction, should bring all death warrants to a halt.
