Mozilla is on a drive to change the look of their web browser Firefox. Reportedly, the remodelling is underway to innovate the internet browser Firefox. The project Australis is the name of this Mozilla Firefox innovation drive.
Presently, a Beta version of the new browser is available, which can be installed through FTP files. The major Australis version possibly may arrive by the end of October 2013.
Tech Crunch reports that the new Firefox will make the browser much more simpler and may look just like the present version of Google Chrome .
Most of the advanced features are already in the basic version and much more will be added through updates.
The new features are now be available in the Firefox for Android app with 40 million downloads
The project team is ostensibly looking at techniques to tweak Mozilla internet browsing on iOS devices too. One of the best parts of the impending redesign will be the ability to tailor the browser to one’s choice and remove any parts of the Firefox interface .

Internet Explorer has been the prime choice of the users for last five years, but in more recent times it has been superceded by Google Chrome.
And Firefox has downgraded to third place behind Internet Explorer.
