Mumbai attacker “Kasab” is no more alive

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan is planning to ask India to give Pakistani investigators access to Ajmal Kasab, the only alive Mumbai attacker, to find out how the terrorist involved in attacks, reached India and who took him there, a terrorist network or some Indian agencies.

They are going to ask this because a big part of Pakistani intelligence personals and diplomats perceive reluctantly that the Kasab is no more alive. They are thinking this and perusing Pakistani government to ask India through America for the facilitations to interrogate Kasab by the Pakistani Intelligence officials on the bases of some confusing clues;

a)      Since the Mumbai attacks and the announcement of Kasab’s capture he is not presented openly before media, but   when we see in the history we find India very aggressive regarding media when they ever arrest any Pakistani they  bring the person before media within no time but what happened with Indians now,

 b)      When Kasab was brought to court his face was covered with cloth,

 c)      His eyes, in the picture from the hospital ICU(Intensive care unite) lying at the bed, look lifeless,

 d)    he,in hospital, looks present in the ICU but he is without any oxygen instrument if the oxygen was not needed due  to his good health, why he was in ICU?

These above doubts are, in Pakistani people’s mind, are cementing their case about Kasab’s absence in Indian custody.

Some International critics are also taking Pakistan‘s owning of Kasab as Pakistan national as a diplomatic move to reach the terrorist as possible.

A top Pakistani official talking to this correspondent said, "we will not provide legal aid to Kasab, because of his involvement in terrorism but our aim is to send our investigators to probe him and try to know whether he did it for some terrorist organization or it was the Indian intelligence people who brainwashed him and then used him to damage Pakistan status in the world."

He said the Foreign Ministry officials and other relevant departments are busy in hectic consultations these days on preparing the country’s Case on Mumbai attacks after owing Kasab is a Pakistani citizen.

"Pakistan’s focus is mainly on Kasab, when he actually reached India, was it some years back as was reported in the press that he went to Nepal, disappeared there and he was shifted to India by its intelligence operatives or did reach India on the day of Mumbai attacks as claimed by India," he said.

He also said that Indians would also be asked for access to the crime scene as it was very important that Pakistani investigators go there and have their own observations and then determine how true the Indian version of horrific incidents that took place in Mumbai.

All other issues including the demands by the Indian government for some persons present in the Pakistan will be dealt later after the thorough investigation of the Kasab, he added.

"And that’s why we are focused on Kasab to know how far the Indians are true in their claims about him, to find out whether he belongs to non-state actors on Pakistani land or all it is a drama staged by India to isolate Pakistan internationally," the official said.

Another official told that the Pakistani policy makers are about to issue a statement on the latest developments regarding Kasab’s presence in the Indian custody and his identity and original attachment to any organization.

Some other sources told that a FBI team would also visit Pakistan shortly as it went to India to investigate the Mumbai attacks and will share with Pakistani investigators their own findings regarding the attacks and Kasab.

Kasab’s lawyer C M Farooque’s statement printed in the news papers show that Ajmal Kasab went to Nepal before 2006 and disappeared there and then he filed a case of his kidnaping in the same year.

According to the lawyer Kasab went to the Napalese capital on a business tour. Farooque said the Nepalese forces arrested almost 200 people including Kasab before 2006 and his application in this regard was lying pending in the Nepalese Supreme Court in which Nepalese forces and Indian High Commission were made respondents.

The advocate said that he wrote letters to Pakistan and Indian governments for Kasab. He said that he had also addressed a press conference in Nepal highlighting the issue in which he showed that the Nepalese forces arrested Kasab along with many others persons and kept them at an unknown place and that these people would be used for their secret projects.

“I have no contact with Kasab ever since he disappeared. I am  still pleading the case of Kasab and will visit Nepal at end of  January. The Nepalese Supreme Court has repeatedly issued notices to the respondents to furnish their reply but they are not willing to respond the court questions” Lawyer added.

Farooqui, Lawyer and the head of a NGO “Voice of Human and Prisoners Rights” says that Kasab’s parents contacted him for help.

“The people arrested in Nepal went there on legal visa for business but Indian agencies always searching for the opportunities to kidnap Pakistanis from Nepal and afterwards use them in the Mumbai-like terrorist activities.

Another advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan Mr. Hashmat Ali Habib, when asked about the presence of Kasab in Indian custody, said that it is Indian practice to kidnap Pakistani people in India or from any other neighboring country like Nepal to use in their ugly purposes.

“Some time they use the original person in the terrorist activities and most of the time they kidnap and kill the person secretly and then use his identity in such matters, and as I perceive, Kasab was killed by Indians and are now using its identity and the original terrorist were Indian their selves”, he added.

Now the worlds eyes are at the Indian next steps how they prove their foolish drama the original one. The whole world media and observer are thinking and writing it a pure Indian drama staged at the blood of their own people in a very stupid way.
