The reason why Sanjay Dutt and Manyata hurriedly tied the knot last morning is atlast out. According to sources, the new Mrs Dutt is pregnant. And that explains the need for the formal shaadi.
Actor Sanjay Dutt, who is fondly called by his fans as Munnabhai, had tied the knot with Manyata, his girlfriend of two years. The marriage ceremony took place even as Dutt was shooting for Suniel Shetty’s production, EMI.
Last year, Sanjay Dutt had admitted that he was married to Maanayata to one of the media’s. The two are said to have had a registered marriage sometime back in the presence of a few friends. She has been living in his apartment at Imperial Heights for over a year.
The couple had refused to comment when the news of their marriage surfaced recently. Since Sanju and Maana have denied being married, it would’ve been uncomfortable for them if the news of her being pregnant got out, so they decided to have the saat pheras. So now the truth has come out for all to know!
On Sunday, Manyata deliberately showed up at a event teeming with media, with sindoor in her maang. She desperately wanted the news of their wedding to be featured prominently by the press.
The channels showed up at the venue before the couple did. Later, the newly-weds came out and waved to the waiting media happily announcing their married status.
The baby news will follow soon. Both Sanjay and Manyata didn"t revert back to deny that she was pregnant. However, a source close to the couple confirmed that she is pregnant.
However Sanju’s relationship with his sisters Namrata and Priya has hit a low after the news of his marriage broke out in the media. His sister Namrata went on to say that Sanjay has drifted away from his friend and family after his affair with Manyata.
It is also known that Manyata does not like Sanjay meeting his family and friends and she is said to be the prime reason for his split with long friend Sanjay Gupta. It is said that Manyata is very possessive about her man. She is looking after his personal as well as professional affairs.
Sanjay’s decision to change his residence as he needs more privacy has also not gone too well with his sisters. Manyata is not popular with Sanjay’s daughter Trishala and it is said that the relationship between the father and daughter has also hit a low.
