Jammu,May 9 (Scoop News) -Senior leader of BJP and former union state home Minister Prof. Chaman Lal Gupta While expressing his serious concern on the intentions of the anti national elements in Jammu and Kashmir , he noted that the nationalist forces of Jammu and Kashmir have a double responsibility to protect the interests of the nation in the state.

It has a prior right on the territory of Kashmir and as the indigenous people the Pandits have a duty to espouse their concern on all available forums at all levels. The Margdarshan resolution of homeland makes it amply clear that the Pandit community was refused co-existence all along in Kashmir .
