Ground Report

In eastern Afghanistan, in the province of Nangarhar, four soldiers belonging to NATO – led Isaf force were killed in an explosion. Though the alliance did not disclose the cnationalities of the dead, it seems most of them are from US military.According to the AFP  news agency, Taliban insurgents claimed responsibilty.Till date, more than 60 soldiers killed in this year.Considering the worsening security situation , the US is expected to deploy thousands of soldiers to bring greater stability.The mayor of Kandahar also escaped a bomb attack. In a seperate attack on NATO patrol killed two bystanders.
