NCCB trained 28 ladies police in performance management training.

CHITRAL: Northern Citizen Community Board (NCCB) trained 24 ladies police and 4 male police officers in performance management. Two days training was arranged for ladies police to enhance their capacity building and to create boldness among these ladies police. Prominent social worker Shabnam Ara sociologist given them training at District Police officer office. On completion of 2 days training certificate ceremony was also held at DPO office who distributed certificates among the successful participants of training. SP investigation Sher Hussain was also present on the occasion.
Main objectives of the training were to develop core competency and to enable them to know some basics of laws regarding police procedures. As well as to develop emotional intelligence and to boost the confidence among the ladies police staff.
Talking to this scribe Cadet Dilshad Pari said that after getting this training now our ladies police staff are able to talk boldly with officers and to communicate their views to others. Miss Shagufta, Fazeela Safdar, Amanullah Khan and Akbar Aziz said that we feel positive changes in our skill after this training. DSP headquarters Khalid Khan said that this training was very important for ladies police and it also needed for our male staff.
Miss Robina Public relation officer of NCCB said that we arranged this training for ladies police to enhance their capacity in law and to enable them to perform their duties with a best way even head of their police unit. Participants were very happy on this training and were desirous for its continuation in future.
