The second election for constitution assembly was held in Nepal on Nov 19th. The primary election shows that the first major party from the first constitution assembly The CPN Maoist has been badly defeated all over the country and struggling for the third position.They are calling to stop the counting process and examine the ballet as there seems plotting against them. The country has been come up to hear since a decade in their agenda but with out their presence the constitution assembly does not seem a problem solving institution. People are in favor of change. The democratic parties are coming in power. The situation has become more complicated and it seems Nepal is going to go under the phase of new crisis. The another fraction of Maoist led by Mohan vaidya had not taken part in election as they have blamed that it has been carried under the plan of foreign powers.
