Islamabad: In a joint press briefing, Pakistani Foreign Minister, Shah Mehmood Qureshi and the US envoy to Pakistan and Afghanistan, Richard Holbrooke were present here at Islamabad.

Pakistan showed great concerns over the US drone attacks on the tribal areas of north western Pakistan.
Pakistan also refused the US offer of joint operation of Pakistan and US troops in the tribal areas against Al-Qaeda and Taliban insurgents.
There was a gap between Pakistan and United States over the issue of drone attacks and the killing of innocent civilians.
