The songs of much awaited Kollywood Film ‘Dasavatharam’ failed to match the hype that was created during its audio-release. However, as per the present reviews available, the songs have failed to cheer up the music lovers and it appears that they have been composed more in praise of Actor Kamalhasan rather than keeping in touch with melody or modernity.
Except the song sung by Hariharan starting with words ‘Kallai Mattum’, the rest may not withstand the test of time. The main grouse of music lovers is that the songs have failed to have a regional touch.
The real verdict would be out when the movie gets released as it has to be seen how these songs have been meshed with the scenes.
