imint, India’s first multi-partner consumer rewards program pioneered by Loyalty Solutions & Research Limited (LSRL) has entered into a partnership with Global Talent Metrics (GTM), a leading talent technology company to launch Star Referral,
Star Referral is an innovative Web 2.0 based talent referral system. The basic function of the Star Referral website is to get recommendations or referrals from users for job vacancies posted on the site and transfer these to the employers that have posted the vacancy. An i-mint member may refer a friend, colleague or relative for the job. After the referred person is selected by the company and spends a month on the job, the member becomes eligible for the rewards, which in this case are i-mint points. In addition, the member has the opportunity to earn i-mint points at other stages of the referral process like short listing, interview etc.
Mr. Vijay Bobba, CEO, LSRL said, “This collaboration with GTM gives us the opportunity to explore a different sector, that of online referrals which is still nascent but has a lot of potential. Developing new partnerships is the key part of our business strategy and constantly providing value to our customers is imperative and hence it is critical to partner with innovative companies such as GTM that strive to achieve the highest standards in customer satisfaction. i-mint has strong presence in the retail, banking, aviation and telecom sectors and now is seriously looking into the B2E segment through innovative product offerings.
Commenting on the unique reward structure, Dr. Cabot Jaffee, Chairman, Global Talent Metrics added, “We will offer imint points as a reward to the referrer instead of one time monetary gains. Through the partnership with i-mint, companies will get immediate access to 4.5 million i-mint members and provide visibility to their talent needs, thus creating the largest platform of this nature. We will offer i-mint points instead of cash incentives as a reward across several stages of the referral process. It allows companies to run multi stage programs and frees them from the administrative challenges and legal issues of disbursing cash. This will give us an edge over the others as this is a unique concept.”
“With imint points being offered as incentives, this system is favorable for both the employer and the referrer as the complexities of cash disbursements are removed”, Dr. Cabot further added.
