J&K / Delhi: Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman National Panthers Party (NPP) visited
protesting camp of Agricultural Technocrats, and Physiotherapists who have been
resorting to peaceful protest at Mubarakmandi, Raj Durbar of Dogra rulers till
1947. Agricultural Technocrats,
Graduates and Post-Graduates in Agriculture and different parts of Jammu and
Kashmir have been sitting on peaceful dharna for the past 12 days and Physiotherapists’
dharna has entered in 142 days. They
have been facing thunders and rained yet have continued their peaceful protest
in spite of barbaric police assault and hostile weather.
Prof. Bhim Singh has warned Congress-NC rulers of serious
consequences if they failed to regularized services of Agricultural Technocrats
and engaged Physiotherapists in respective jobs they have been trained for. Panthers
Party chief called on Panthers party workers, Panthers Trade Union and Panthers
Student Union to stand by the striking youth so that they get justice and
equity with out further delay. Justice
is their right and if they are denied they have every right to press for their
demands in any democratic method, Panthers supermo added.
It is important to mention that various groups of educated
unemployed youth both technically and academically have resorted to peaceful
protests for the last several months. Whenever high profile VVIPS from Delhi
and centre government used to visit to state, these peaceful protestors are
being removed. Even Physiotherapists, Technocrats, ITI Diploma holders and
several others protesting to highlight their demands were cane charged by
police time to time. Representatives of different political parties visit to them
and extend offers to raise their demands with concerned authorities but nothing
has been done in this regard so far.
