Ground Report

As you may know, my Mom is an elementary school principal.  She had an awful day yesterday.  A child threw his hood up to the ceiling, accidentally jamming the sensors for the building’s sprinkler system.  Mom’s entire school was flooded and the children were forced to be out in the rain while the building was evacuated. The child was very remorseful.  As his consequence, he stayed after school yesterday to  help building service workers with the clean-up process.  He is also serving lunch detention for two days.  The adventures of elementary school… never a dull moment!
