Britney Spears and her attorneys will not seek an extension for a temporary restraining order against her former friend and confidant, Osama "Sam" Lutfi.
Spears has had a restraining order against Osama "Sam" Lutfi since February, demanding that Lutfi stay 250 yards from Spears or any of her homes. Spears’ lawyer said that she will not try to extend the restraining order when she appears in court today but that does not mean she wants Lutfi back in her life
Osama "Sam" Lutfi relationship with Britney Spears is mysterious at best. He was around her during on of her most tumultuous times. Spears mother says that Lutfi drugged Spears, kept her hostage in her home and took over her finances.
Osama "Sam" Lutfi issued the following statement: "Mr. Lutfi and Mr. Spears have mutually agreed in private that no hearing or order is necessary at this time." The details of the legal future between Lutfi and Spears will be more clear after today’s court hearing.
