Srinagar May 18 (Scoop News) – The Spokesman of the Census Department Jammu and Kashmir State, while commenting on apprehensions made by some individuals about inclusion of Non-State-Subject in Census count, made it specifically clear that no Non-State-Subject working in Jammu and Kashmir State will be included in National Population Register Form (NPR) of Jammu and Kashmir State.
