Srinagar/JammuJuly 16 (Scoop News) – In connection with the current Annual Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra, 2, 00,444 yatries so far had darshan of Shiv Lingam at Holy Amarnath Ji Cave,officals said today.
According toofficals, 6928 yatries today left for Holy Amar Nath Cave for darshan of Shiv Lingam from Pahalgam-Nunwan and Baltal –Sonamarg Base camps.
Out of 6928 Yatries, 3643 yatries comprising 2408 male, 830 female, 141 Children and 255 Sadhus left from Pahalgam base camp and 3294 comprising of 1990 male, 1040 female, 230 children and 34 Sadhus left from Baltal base camp to Holy Amarnath Ji Cave for darshan of Shiv Lingam.
Officals said."The yatra is going on smoothly and there has been no untoward incident reported from anywhere during the fifteen day-long pilgrimage,".
