NEW DELHI — Pakistan National Security Council Adviser Mahmud Ali Durrani called on Indian Prime minister Manmohan Singh and conveyed concern over reduced flow in river Chenab.
The adviser also assured his Indian counterpart that Pakistan is committed to upholding the ceasefire on LOC in Kashmir.
He also strongly denied that the Inter services intelligence (ISI) had a role in the July 7 bombing of the Indian embassy in Kabul.
