Pakistan proved their unpredictability once again taking revenge against India last night beating them by 8 wickets with 27 balls to spare. By this win, Pakistan kept their hope alive to reach into the final. If, Sri Lanka beat India and Pakistan beat Bangladesh then India will be out of the tournament and Pakistan will reach to the final.
Everyone knows that Pakistan show their game when their backbone touch with the wall but who knew Pakistan would defeat India last night while India started to move in a befitting manner right from the beginning of the match with some dangerous batting of their two inform opener.
Younus khan was the man who took the game took the game away from India. Chasing a big total of 309 Pakistani openers had a very attacking start but Salman was run out at his 36 from 31 balls. Pakistani captain told in the post match presentation "I told everybody to be positive whether in batting or bowling. I was always positive even when the bowlers were giving 8/9 runs each over." Indian captain told, "We have been defeated for our poor bowling"
Earlier India had a very good start by some awesome batting of Sehwag and Gambhir. They made 88 runs from just 10 over. Nevertheless, they lost their momentum by losing Sehwag, Gambhir and Raina in a quick time. Yuvraj started to play his natural hard-hitting game but managed to score only 37 run. Then Dhoni and Rohit reach India in a respectable position of 308/7 with some good resistance from Irfan Pathan. Dhoni scored 76 and Rohit scored 58.
