Pakistan “official agencies” supported militant group that carried out 26/11 Mumbai Attacks
The Pakistan’s premier military intelligence agency ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence Directorate) was plan and train the terrorist for the 26/11 Mumbai attacks which kills 164 people, India said. The Mumbai terror attack leads India to call a “pause” in the five-year peace process with Pakistan.
Shivshankar Menon the Indian Foreign Secretary said, “The perpetrators planned, trained and launched their attacks from Pakistan, and the organizers were and remain clients and creations of the ISI,”
